“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. Or which one of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? (Matthew 7:7-11 ESV)One thing I have learned is to not be afraid to ask God for things. He will listen and help. However, not always in the way we want Him to. He does what is best for us even though we may not understand. He always answers with one of the three answers: yes, no, or wait. Those answers I still have trouble understanding. I ask for a lot of things... and well maybe I am to anxious to get the answer. So: “Be still, and know that I am God.
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!”
(Psalm 46:10 ESV)
Be still! And listen and trust Him!
Ask and find your answer! That's what I have been doing...especially this week.
