Hello my lovely readers, I hope you have had a wonderful holiday so far! Sorry for the delay in posting I've been busy with many things over this holiday break.
But over this time I have had a lot of time to think about things and I had this video sent to me called "Where is the line to see Jesus". This song was about how parents go and take their child to see Santa and get the kids picture taken with him. However, where is the line to see Jesus? Never has crossed my mind. I mean I do know what the true meaning of Christmas is but to look at it that way. Wow! People around the world are worshipping SANTA!!!! Why??? He gives us presents... yes... But JESUS gave us the ULTIMATE GIFT.... FORGIVENESS! Now that is a gift! We should be worshipping God and giving glory to God. So think about this are you more focused on Santa and the presents under the tree instead of Jesus and the gift he gave us? I don't actually have a Bible verse to go with this besides the story of the birth of Jesus, but I hope you will take time out to read it!
Merry Christmas. God is love.

What is love?
So.... " If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away. When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways. For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.
So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love."
(1 Corinthians 13 ESV)
Now this video is one that makes you think, like it makes you think about what love is and how you are to others.
Would you be willing to give up your life for your friends and family? Probably but, your enemies?
can you?
